Maspero Urban Development Company was established in accordance with the provisions of the Investment Law, Guarantees and Incentives No. 8 of 1997, its Executive Regulations and Law No. 159 of 1981, promulgating the Law on Joint Stock Companies, Joint Stock Companies, Limited Liability Companies and its Implementing Regulations and in compliance with the provisions of Law No. 95 of 1992, And its executive regulations, and it was registered with the Commercial Register Office, south of Cairo, No. 20252 dated 30 August 2006 .
