The project site
The project is located in the first urban area of 6th of October City - along the axis of 26 July - October and is about 10 minutes away from the Arab Mall, the Hunting Club and the Syndicate of Engineers Club.
The project is surrounded by a 32 m road from three sides and internal roads for the project with a width of 15 m.
The area of the project is 32 feddans, of which 24% is built for buildings and the rest is green areas, internal roads and corridors of services buildings.
Project Description
The project consists of 896 residential units ranging from 76 m to 219 m through the design of 5 distinct models of buildings, allowing the presence of two facades of the project for each unit and to achieve good ventilation for all units
Each building consists of a ground floor and three floors.
